Stubnerkogel – suspension bridge

The Stubnerkogel isn’t just a legendary mountain for skiing. The views here are also absolutely magical. A 140 m long suspension bridge, swaying gentle in the wind, once captured all the attention. But it has been joined directly opposite by an attractive viewing platform, aptly named the “Glocknerblick”. All visitors who dare to make their way up here are rewarded with the fantastic sight of Austria’s highest mountain, the Grossglockner. The finishing touch to this alpine experience is added by the rock trail, yet another marvelous opportunity to take in even more truly imposing views.  

Flying Waters

Fly over the world-famous Gastein waterfall and experience Bad Gastein‘s spectacular nature and architecture from a bird‘s eye perspective.  Flying Waters – an exciting ride on a zip line – hanging over the gorge of the Gasteiner Ache. Although it might sound dangerous, it is a risk-free, fun adventure for the whole family thanks to the supervision of professionals.  The 300 meter long route leads from Villa Solitude to the Thermalquellpark, where you can enjoy an impressive view of the rushing waterfall.
